Terms & Conditions

• Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time or forfeiture without refund.

• Identification: A valid ID document must be presented before departure.

• Safety Equipment: All boats are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and standard safety gear.

• Substance Use: Alcohol consumption must be responsible. The captain has the right to refuse boarding or terminate the charter without refund if passengers are under the influence of drugs or display unsafe behavior.

• Health Restrictions:
  • Persons with heart or back conditions and pregnant women are advised not to board.

• Supervision: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Captain’s Authority: The captain has full authority over the vessel and all passengers during the trip. Disrespect or failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the charter without refund.

• Route & Timing: The itinerary and return time are to be followed as agreed. Requests for changes during the charter are subject to time availability and sea conditions.

• Return Policy: All chartered boats must return to St. Julian’s or the agreed port.

• Weather Conditions: Charters are subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. If the trip is canceled due to unsafe conditions, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

• Damage & Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the boat or equipment due to negligence or misuse.

• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required, refundable upon return if no damage is reported.

• No Show Policy: Failure to show up at the agreed time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
