Terms & Conditions 

• Driver Age Requirement: The jet ski driver must be at least 18 years old.

• Identification: A valid identification document must be presented before rental.

• Fuel: Fuel is included in the rental price.

• Safety Equipment: Life jackets will be provided and must be worn at all times during the ride.

• Substance Use: Jet skis cannot be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

• Security Deposit: A €100 CASH security deposit is required for 1-hour rentals. This will be refunded upon safe return of the jet ski without damages.

• Rules Acknowledgement: All clients must read and accept the full safety and operational rules at our office before renting. The company reserves the right to refuse rental if the rules are not read and understood.

• Lost Ticket Policy: Lost tickets cannot be refunded or redeemed. Please keep your ticket safe.

• Operating Zone: Jet skis must remain within our stipulated riding zone at all times.

• Termination Clause: The company reserves the right to terminate any rental immediately without refund if the participant violates the rules or engages in unsafe behavior.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Late arrivals may result in reduced time or forfeiture without refund.

• Weather Conditions: Rentals are subject to suitable sea and weather conditions. If canceled for safety reasons, you may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

• Liability: Clients are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence.

• No Show Policy: Failure to appear without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.
