Terms & Conditions

• Restricted Area: Kayaks must remain within St. George’s Bay at all times.

• Alcohol & Drugs: Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to use the kayaks.

• Health Restrictions:
  • Individuals with heart or back conditions are not permitted.
  • Pregnant women and persons with mobility impairments are not allowed to participate.

• Age Requirement:
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Safety Compliance: All participants must adhere to the safety briefing and instructions provided by staff before entering the water.

• Equipment Loss: A €100 fee will be charged for lost paddles.

• Weather Conditions: Kayaking is subject to safe weather and sea conditions. In case of unfavorable conditions, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Liability: Users are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

• No Show & Refund Policy: Failure to show up at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
