Terms & Conditions 

• Restricted Area: Paddle boards must remain within St. George’s Bay at all times.

• Alcohol & Drugs: Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the paddle boards.

• Health Restrictions:
  • Persons with heart or back problems are not allowed to participate.
  • Pregnant women and persons with mobility issues are also not permitted.

• Age Requirement:
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Safety: Life jackets will be provided and must be worn if instructed by staff.

• Equipment Loss: A €100 charge applies for lost paddles.

• Instructions Compliance: All participants must follow staff instructions and safety briefings before and during use.

• Weather Conditions: Paddle board use is subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. Rentals may be paused or canceled for safety reasons.

• Liability: Users are fully responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by negligence or misuse.

• No Show & Refund Policy: No-shows or late arrivals may result in loss of booking without refund.
