Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at our base at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Punctuality: The boat will not wait for late arrivals. Missed departures will not be refunded.
Health & Safety:

• Participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical condition that may be aggravated by this activity.
Age & Weight Restrictions: Minimum age is 8 years. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Weight limits may apply for safety reasons.
Clothing: Swimwear or comfortable water-friendly clothing is recommended.
Weather Conditions: Activity is subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of cancellation due to safety reasons, you will be offered an alternative time or full refund.
