Terms & Conditions

• License Requirement: No license is required to operate our self-drive boats.

• Age & Identification: Drivers must be over 18 years old and must present a valid ID document before rental.

• Included Equipment: All boats come equipped with a canopy, first aid kit, life jackets, fenders, swim ladder, and anchor.

• Fuel Policy:
  • Fuel is not included in the price for half-day and full-day rentals.
  • Fuel must be paid upon return of the boat based on consumption.

• Security Deposit: A €200 CASH security deposit is required and must be paid at our main office before departure. It will be refunded in full if the boat is returned without any damages.

• Rules & Regulations: Clients must read, fill out, and sign a form of rules and regulations before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the rental.

• Substance Use: Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Clients found under the influence will have their rental immediately terminated without refund.

• Time Policy:
  • Boats must be returned by 18:00 hrs at the latest.
  • Half-day late return will be charged at the full-day rate.
  • For full-day rentals, a €30 per hour fee will apply if the boat is returned later than agreed.

• Damage Responsibility: The client is fully responsible for any damage to the boat or its equipment.

• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted on board at any time.

• Engine Efficiency: Our boats are powered by fuel-efficient engines for an optimal experience.

• Departure Times for Half-Day Rentals:
  • Morning (AM): Between 08:30 hrs and 09:30 hrs
  • Afternoon (PM): Between 13:30 hrs and 14:00 hrs

• No Show Policy: Failure to appear without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

• Weather Conditions: Rentals are subject to weather and sea conditions. In unsafe conditions, clients will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
