Terms & Conditions

• Shared Rides: Sofa rides may be shared with other participants unless a private session is booked.

• Alcohol & Drugs: Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from participating.

• Health Restrictions:
  • Persons with heart or back conditions are not permitted.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with mobility issues are also not allowed on the ride.

• Age Requirement:
  • Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Safety Compliance: All participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff.

• Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times during the ride.

• Weather Conditions: Activity is subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of unsafe conditions, the ride may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund.

• No Show Policy: Late arrivals or failure to show up may result in loss of booking without refund.

• Responsibility: The company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the ride for any participant not complying with safety rules
