Terms & Conditions

• Seating Requirement: All passengers must remain seated for the entire duration of the cruise.

• Age Policy:
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

• Health Restrictions:
  • Persons with heart conditions or back problems, as well as pregnant women, are not allowed to board the power boat.

• Arrival Time: Clients must be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in missed boarding without refund.

• Return Location: All sunset cruises will end at St. Julian’s only—no alternative drop-off locations are available.

• Responsibility Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any consequences resulting from non-compliance with the above conditions.

• Safety Instructions: All passengers must follow the safety guidelines and instructions given by the crew at all times.

• Weather Conditions: Cruises are subject to favorable sea and weather conditions. If canceled for safety reasons, guests may reschedule or request a full refund.

• Right to Refuse: The company reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate the cruise without refund for non-compliance with rules or unsafe behavior.
